    Height exceeds 14' — oversize permit required (Washington legal limit 14')
  • Width
    Width exceeds 8'6" — oversize permit required
  • Length
    Length exceeds 75' — oversize permit required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 80,000 lbs — overweight permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 18' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — WSDOT superload permit required

Fee notes

Single-trip $10 base + $0.07/mile overweight. Annual $80. Superload (>14 ft H/W, >200,000 lbs) requires WSDOT Bridge Office review at $500+.
