Viewer is free, read-only access to maps and surveys someone else has shared with you. Collaborator ($10/mo or $50 one-time per map) adds edit rights — you can add POIs, use Street View, and work in real time on shared projects. Neither plan lets you create your own projects; that starts at Starter.

Yes. All projects, surveys, and POIs carry over automatically when you upgrade — nothing needs to be exported or re-imported.

A project you currently have open for editing, surveying, or sharing — your plan's project limit is really an "editable project" limit. It has nothing to do with deletion: hitting the limit never removes anything. You simply can't start additional projects until you archive an existing one, add capacity, or upgrade — everything you've built stays fully visible, exportable, and shareable at any time.

Nothing is ever deleted. Once you reach your plan's editable-project or POI limit, you can't create additional projects or POIs beyond it — your existing work stays fully visible, exportable, and shareable. You'll be prompted to add capacity (see Capacity Upgrades above), archive an existing project to free up a slot, or upgrade tiers to keep creating.

Free Viewer is free permanently. New approved accounts receive one 14-day product trial after email verification. Exports, reports, and printing are unavailable during the trial and unlock after a paid plan is activated.

New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment. This is separate from the product trial; add-ons and completed services have exclusions listed in the Refund Policy.
