What is the Early Adopters offer?

Before January 1, 2027 at 00:00 UTC, Early Adopters is the only new base plan, at $350 USD/month. Enterprise returns in January 2027. A qualifying first paid start protects that price for 12 months or through December 31, 2027, whichever ends first. The first renewal on or after that protection ends is $400/month, without a mid-cycle price adjustment. Trials do not reserve the offer.

What becomes available in January 2027?

From January 1, 2027 at 00:00 UTC, new monthly plans are Starter $99, Operator $200 and Enterprise $400 USD. Existing contracts, annual billing and granted benefits are not automatically changed.

How many Navigator vehicles are included?

Early Adopters and the January 2027 Enterprise plan include 3 concurrent vehicles. Each additional Navigator vehicle is $45 USD/month. Custom vehicle dimensions do not mean unlimited concurrent vehicles.

Are branding and priority support included?

Early Adopters and the January 2027 Enterprise plan include 48-hour support. White Labeling is optional at $75 USD/month on paid plans. Same-Day Support is optional at $65 USD/month. Included mapping, regulations, profiles, exports, Reports Hub and AI Report Studio are not paid add-ons.

Which services are one-time purchases?

Per-Incident Support costs $300 USD per incident and applies to its assigned ticket, not permanent support access. Live Teams training is $300 USD per purchased hour, with scheduling arranged after payment. Recurring and one-time totals are shown separately at checkout.

How is on-site training priced?

On-site training is 4 full days. Québec, Ontario and Northeast US starts at $6,500 USD; the rest of the US and Canada starts at $8,500 USD; international training is custom quoted. Up to 10 trainees, instructor travel/lodging/meals and 30-day follow-up are included. Location and team size determine a final approved quote before payment and booking.

Are other limits changing?

Existing non-conflicting project, user, POI and AI usage allowances are unchanged. Plan limits are shown with the offer. Historical accounts and free shared viewing remain supported.
