  • Width
    Width exceeds 8'6" — oversize permit required
  • Length
    Length exceeds 65' — oversize permit required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 80,000 lbs — overweight permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 16' — route survey and escort required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — special heavy haul analysis required

Fee notes

Base $15 + $5 administrative fee per trip. Annual $250. Overweight fees add $5–$45 based on excess weight. Extra-legal loads (>17 ft wide, >200,000 lbs) require route study at cost.
