  • Width
    Width exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — VDOT engineering analysis required

Fee notes

Single-trip $20 base. Annual $130. Overweight $10–$300 by class. Superload (>15 ft wide, >150,000 lbs) requires VDOT engineering review at $300+.
