    Width exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — UDOT superload permit required

Fee notes

Single-trip $30 base + $0.04/mile overweight. Annual $400. Superload (>14 ft H/W, >200,000 lbs) requires UDOT engineering review at $500+.
