    Height exceeds 17' — route survey required

    Length exceeds 125' — route survey required

Fee notes

Single-trip $60–$120 by class. Annual permits $1,575 for envelope. Type B superheavy (>254,300 lbs) requires TxDOT bridge analysis at $500–$5,000+. Mileage surcharge $0.06/mile over weight.
