  • Width
    Width exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — TDOT special superload permit required

Fee notes

Single-trip $15 base. Annual $200. Overweight $5–$500 by tier. Superload (>16 ft wide, >160,000 lbs) requires TDOT bridge analysis at $250+.
