    Width exceeds 14' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — PennDOT special hauling permit and bridge analysis

Fee notes

Single-trip $50 base. Annual $200. Overweight $25–$1,000 by tier. Superload (>16 ft wide, >201,000 lbs) requires PennDOT M-950S analysis at $500–$3,000.
