    Gross weight exceeds 80,000 lbs — overweight permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 250,000 lbs — Oregon superload permit required

Fee notes

Single-trip $8 base + $0.05–$0.30/mile by axle weight. Annual $90 base. Superload (>14 ft H/W) requires ODOT route survey at $500+.
