    Width exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — ODOT superload engineering review

Fee notes

Single-trip $40 base. Annual $300. Overweight surcharge $20–$300 by tier. Superload (>16 ft wide, >180,000 lbs) requires ODOT engineering review at $500+.
