    Length exceeds 65' — oversize permit required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 80,000 lbs — overweight permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — ODOT special superload permit required

Fee notes

Single-trip $50 base. Annual $500. Overweight $25–$1,000 by class. Superload (>14 ft H, >200,000 lbs GVW) requires ODOT bridge analysis at $500–$2,500.
