  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 80,000 lbs — overweight permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 18' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — superload permit required

Fee notes

Single-trip $15 base + $0.05/mile overweight (NRS 706.531 / NAC 484D, single-trip OW permit). Annual $60 base. Superload (>14 ft H/W) engineering review starts at $250.
