  • Height
    Height exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — special heavy haul survey required

Fee notes

Single-trip $20 base + $0.03–$0.12/mile overweight. Annual $40 base. Heavy haul (>200,000 lbs) requires NDDOT Bridge Division review at $500+.
