    Width exceeds 18' — route survey required

  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — special heavy haul permit required

Fee notes

Single-trip $10 base + mileage ($0.04–$0.15/mile by weight). Annual $40 base. Superload engineering at $75/hr MDT rate.
