    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — MoDOT special heavy haul analysis required

Fee notes

Single-trip $15. Annual $100. Overweight $10–$300 by tier. Superload (>16 ft wide, >160,000 lbs) requires MoDOT Bridge analysis at $250+.
