    Height exceeds 13'6" — oversize permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 8'6" — oversize permit required
  • Length
    Length exceeds 75' — permit required (Minnesota allows up to 75' without permit)
  • Length
    Length exceeds 175' — SUPERLOAD route survey required
  • Weight
    Gross weight exceeds 80,000 lbs — overweight permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 16' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15'6" — route survey required

Fee notes

Single-trip $15 base. Annual $300. SUPERLOAD permits (>175 ft long, >200,000 lbs) coordinated through MnDOT Bridge Office — engineering review $500–$3,000.
