  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required

Fee notes

Single-trip $50. Annual $100. Superheavy permits (Form 2465, >164,000 lbs GVW) require bridge analysis — typically $1,500–$5,000 plus per-bridge engineering. Escorts billed separately.
