    Width exceeds 14' — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 15' — route survey required

Fee notes

Single-trip $30. Annual $360. Overweight $20–$300 by class. Superload (>16 ft wide, >150,000 lbs) requires SHA engineering review at $250–$2,000.
