    Gross weight exceeds 200,000 lbs — KYTC special heavy haul permit

Fee notes

Single-trip $40. Annual permits $500. Coal/extra-heavy overweight surcharge $0.0285/ton-mile (KRS 281.762 Extended Weight Coal Haul). Superload engineering review $500+ depending on bridges along route.
