Fee notes

Single-trip $25 base. Annual $500. Overweight tiers add $25โ€“$1,500 based on weight bracket. ITAP superloads (>14.5 ft wide, >250,000 lbs GVW) require IDOT engineering analysis, typically $1,000โ€“$3,000.
