    GVW exceeds 63,500 kg (140,000 lbs) — overweight permit required
  • Width
    Width exceeds 4.88 m (16.0 ft) — route survey required
  • Height
    Height exceeds 5.0 m (16.4 ft) — route survey required
  • Weight
    GVW exceeds 140,000 kg (308,650 lbs) — engineering bridge analysis required

Fee notes

Single-trip C$25 base. Annual C$350. Overweight surcharge C$10–C$250 by tier. Engineering review for superloads (>140,000 kg / 308,650 lbs) at C$500–C$3,000 via Commercial Vehicle Safety & Enforcement.
