Client Delivery Portal

Client Delivery Portal

The Client Delivery Portal lets you share a live, branded interactive map with your client — no login, no software installation. Clients explore the route, review constraints, and sign off through a shareable link.

Read time: 7 min

The Client Delivery Portal is the professional standard for route intelligence handoff. Instead of sending a PDF attachment, you send a link to a live interactive map that your client can explore without any software or login.

Why the Client Delivery Portal Matters

Static PDF deliverables have limits: they cannot be navigated, constraint data is static, and clients cannot explore the corridor themselves. The Client Delivery Portal changes this.

Clients who receive a Portal link can: - Navigate the full route map interactively - Click on any POI to review field notes, measurements, and photos - Review the grade profile and elevation data - Browse constraint summaries and clearance details - Share the link with their own stakeholders

Creating a Client Delivery Link

1. Open the survey project in RoadScope 2. Navigate to the Share panel 3. Select "Client Delivery Portal" as the share type 4. Configure visibility options (which layers and POIs to show) 5. Optionally enable or disable the constraint summary panel 6. Copy the generated link 7. Share with the client directly or embed in a proposal or report

What Clients See

The Portal presents a clean, professional interface with your route visible on a basemap. The client controls what they view — they can toggle POI visibility, inspect constraint cards, and navigate the route corridor. The interface requires no technical knowledge.

Professional Presentation

The Portal presents the quality of your survey work to the client directly. Detailed field notes, clear measurements, and well-documented constraints communicate professionalism better than any PDF.

Updating the Delivered Route

When survey data is updated in RoadScope, the Client Delivery Portal reflects those changes automatically. Clients always see current data — no need to re-send updated files.
