Service Agreement

  • RoadScope provides a cloud-based platform for OS/OW route intelligence and survey management.
  • You pay a subscription fee for access to the platform and specified features.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

  • 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.
  • If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, request a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • No refunds after the 14-day period except in cases of documented service failures.

Your Obligations

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Keep your credentials secure.
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.

Our Obligations

  • Provide the platform as described.
  • Maintain reasonable security measures.
  • Provide support during business hours.
  • Give 30 days notice of material changes to the service.

Liability Boundaries

  • RoadScope is a tool for route planning — final route decisions and permit applications remain your responsibility.
  • We are not liable for permit rejections or transport incidents.
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
  • We do not provide legal, engineering, or permit advice.
