Data stored in RoadScope is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. This includes all route data, POI information, photos, and user credentials.
Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures users only access data they're authorized to view. Multi-factor authentication is available for all accounts. Session management includes automatic timeout and device tracking.
All changes to route data and POIs are versioned with complete audit trails. You can see who made changes, when, and restore previous versions if needed.
Automated backups run continuously with point-in-time recovery capability. Data is replicated across multiple geographic regions for disaster recovery.
Our security team monitors for threats 24/7. In the event of a security incident, affected customers are notified within 72 hours. Contact security@roadscope.app to report security concerns.
