Your Data, Your Control
RoadScope believes your operational data belongs to you. Here's how we ensure you maintain full control.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you create in RoadScope. This includes routes, POIs, photos, reports, and any other content you upload or generate. RoadScope has no claim to your operational data.
Data Export
Export your data at any time in industry-standard formats including GeoJSON, KML, CSV, and PDF. Bulk export tools allow you to download complete project archives with all associated files.
Data Portability
We support integration with common GIS platforms including QGIS, Esri ArcGIS, and Google Earth. Your data is never locked into proprietary formats.
Retention Policy
Active subscription: Data retained indefinitely while your account is active. After cancellation: Data retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export. After 90 days: Data is permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Deletion Rights
Request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@soltec.ca. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and you'll receive confirmation when complete.
No Data Selling
RoadScope will never sell, license, or share your operational data with third parties. Your route intelligence is yours alone.
