This includes: Right to access your data, Right to data portability, Right to erasure (right to be forgotten), Data processing agreements available upon request, EU data residency options available for Enterprise customers.

RoadScope is on track for SOC 2 Type II certification. Current status: Controls implemented, audit scheduled for 2025. This certification will provide independent verification of our security, availability, and confidentiality controls.
RoadScope is working toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Our goal is to ensure the platform is accessible to all users, including those using assistive technologies.
