How to use the in-app changelog to stay current with RoadScope platform updates.

5 min read

The RoadScope Changelog

RoadScope is updated continuously. The What's New changelog is your authoritative reference for what has changed in the platform โ€” new features, improvements, and resolved issues.

Accessing the Changelog

The changelog is available from the Help menu in the top navigation bar. Look for the What's New item. A badge indicator shows when new updates have been published since your last visit.

Changelog Structure

Each changelog entry includes:

  • **Version / date** โ€” When the update was released
  • **Category** โ€” Feature, Improvement, Fix, or Data Update
  • **Description** โ€” What changed and why it matters to you
  • **Learn more link** โ€” When relevant, a link to the corresponding documentation article
  • Update Categories

Feature โ€” New capability added to the platform.

Improvement โ€” Existing feature made faster, more accurate, or easier to use.

    Fix โ€” Issue resolved.

Data Update โ€” External Route Intelligence sources refreshed with new records.

    Staying Current

We recommend reviewing the changelog at the start of each new project to ensure you are using the latest tools and taking advantage of recent data updates. Major platform changes are also communicated via the in-app notification system.
