Route Watch
Continuous corridor monitoring โ get notified when new closures or restrictions appear on your saved routes.
What Is Route Watch?
Route Watch monitors your saved routes for new closures and restrictions. Instead of manually re-checking a corridor before a move, you place a watch on the route and RoadScope scans it on a schedule, alerting you when something changes.
Setting Up a Watch
1. Open Route Watch from the Tools menu on your project map
2. Click to add a watch and pick the route to monitor
3. Configure the scan options and save
Each plan includes a number of watch slots; a slot is only consumed by a successful scan.
What a Scan Checks
Scans evaluate the corridor against live event feeds (closures, incidents, restrictions) intersecting the route geometry. A corridor is only reported as clear when every source was actually evaluated โ if a feed is unavailable, the scan reports that explicitly instead of a false "all clear".
Reviewing Results
Open a watch to see its detail view: the latest scan status, the list of detected events along the corridor, and the scan history. Events are positioned on the route so you can see exactly which section is affected.
