The Reports Hub
The Reports Hub is the single place to generate every report type in RoadScope. Open it from your project map, pick a report type, configure its options, and generate. Report types include the Full Survey Report, POI reports, Maximum Envelope reports, Road Profile reports, rail and clearance reports, and more — the catalog depends on your plan.
Configuring a Report
Each report type has its own form: choose the route scope (a single route, a set of legs, or the whole survey), toggle sections, and set report-specific options. Generated reports are versioned in the Document Hub (V01 / V02 / V03) so the official copy is always clear.
AI Report Studio
The AI Report Studio drafts the narrative sections of your report from the actual survey data — POIs, measurements, constraints, and route analysis. The AI works as a narrator, never a calculator: every number in the narrative is traced back to your data, and the studio will flag rather than invent anything it cannot support.
The Pre-Publish Quality Gate
Before an AI-drafted report can be issued, it passes an automated quality gate that checks data completeness, number traceability, taxonomy coverage (unknown POI types are flagged, never dropped), style compliance, and template mapping. Failed checks must be resolved — or explicitly overridden with a justification — before publication.
Revisions
Ask for changes in plain language in the revision chat: the studio proposes an edit, you confirm it, and the change is applied to the current narrative. Every applied revision is recorded in the report changelog.
Custom Templates
Upload your company report template and the studio maps its sections to RoadScope content. Sections that cannot be mapped with confidence are flagged for review instead of being guessed.
Monthly Draft Allowance
AI drafting is metered by a monthly draft allowance that depends on your plan. Standard (non-AI) report generation is not metered.
