Multi-Phase Tagging, Bulk Phase Switch & Phase Filter
Organize long-running projects into named phases and filter the map and reports by phase.
Why Phases?
Many heavy-haul projects are not single moves — they are multi-stage operations: pre-survey, validation survey, escort run, main move, and post-move documentation. Phase tagging lets you group POIs, routes, and documents by the phase they belong to so the project stays readable as it grows.
The Three Phases
Every POI carries a phase tag: Preplan (desk and planning work), Road Survey (field-verified data), or SharedMap (client-facing items). The POIs tab shows phase banners so you can see at a glance how much of the survey sits in each stage.
Phase Filter — List and Map Together
Open the filter panel in the POIs tab and pick a phase pill: All, Preplan, Road Survey, or SharedMap. The filter applies everywhere at once — the POI list, the map markers, and the rendered routes all narrow to the selected phase, so a field day shows only field data and a client review shows only client-ready items. An active filter chip stays visible above the list; clear it to return to All.
Bulk Phase Switch
From a POI type's row actions, use Switch phase to move every visible POI of that type — every bridge, every utility — between Preplan and Road Survey in one action. Only visible, non-archived POIs are affected: POIs in hidden regions or excluded by other filters stay where they are, and the confirmation toast tells you exactly how many moved.
Phase-Scoped Sharing & Reports
The phase banners include a share shortcut that creates a shared-map link scoped to just that phase, and reports can be scoped to a specific phase to produce phase-targeted deliverables (for example, a SharedMap-only client package).
