What MeasurePRO Pairing Does

Pairing MeasurePRO to a RoadScope project bridges the field measurement tool with the office workspace in real time. Measurements, photos, and notes captured in the field flow directly into the correct POI without manual file transfers or re-entry.

How to Pair a MeasurePRO Device

1. In RoadScope, open **Settings > Field Devices** and click **Pair MeasurePRO**

2. A pairing code appears

3. On the MeasurePRO device, open the **Connect** screen and enter the code

4. Once paired, the device shows the active project and assigned route

Photo-to-POI Linking

When the field user captures a photo through MeasurePRO with a POI selected, the photo is uploaded and attached to that POI automatically — the geo-tag, timestamp, measurement metadata, and operator are all preserved.

Batch Upload Reliability

If the device temporarily loses connectivity, captures queue locally and upload as soon as signal returns. The pairing session is resilient to short outages — there is no need to re-pair after a brief drop.

Insta360 Integration

When a paired Insta360 unit captures 360° imagery alongside MeasurePRO measurements, frames are routed through the Camera-Bridge processing pipeline and linked to the same POI as the measurement.

Unpairing

A paired device can be released from **Settings > Field Devices** at any time. Captured data already uploaded is retained on the project.
