International Route Intelligence Sources

RoadScope integrates multiple regional data sources under the SolTec data platform umbrella. These sources activate automatically based on your route geography.

SolTecCAN — Canada (National Road Network)

Provides Canadian bridge and road network data from the National Road Network (NRN). Covers all provinces. Data is cached locally for 7 days and refreshed from the NRN on a weekly schedule.

SolTecON — Ontario 511

Real-time traffic and infrastructure event data from the Ontario 511 system. Includes construction zones, closures, and special events. Cache: 10 minutes (memory only).

SolTecDE — Germany (BASt)

German federal bridge and road restriction data from the Bundesanstalt für Straßenwesen (BASt). Static source with weekly refresh cycle.

SolTecFR — France

French road network and restriction data from the Direction Générale des Infrastructures, des Transports et des Mobilités (DGITM). Static source with monthly refresh.

SolTecNL — Netherlands (NDW)

Real-time Dutch road network data from the Nationale Databank Wegverkeersgegevens (NDW). Cache: 10 minutes (memory only — real-time conditions)

SolTecDOT — US State DOTs

State-level restriction and infrastructure data from NY, TX, OH, MI, and IL DOT open data portals. Static data with 7-day cache.

Activation

Data sources activate automatically when your route enters a covered jurisdiction. You do not need to configure anything — RoadScope detects the geographic boundary and loads the appropriate source.
