User Responsibility

YOU are solely responsible for: (a) All route selection and transport decisions; (b) Obtaining required permits and regulatory approvals; (c) Verifying field conditions before transport; (d) Ensuring vehicle configuration compliance; (e) Escort and pilot car arrangements; (f) Safety of transport operations; (g) Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Data Limitations

Limitation of Liability

RoadScope and its affiliates shall NOT be liable for: (a) Route decisions made using the platform; (b) Permit denials or regulatory violations; (c) Equipment damage, accidents, or injuries during transport; (d) Delays, fines, or penalties; (e) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

RoadScope is designed to assist qualified transportation professionals. It does NOT replace professional judgment, experience, or expertise. Users should have appropriate training, licenses, and qualifications for OS/OW transport operations.
